With the country divided, and without getting too political, there is talk of Northumbria (basically the North of England) gaining independence from the rest of country and taking up similar status to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
However, right now it is just a pipe dream from those who want to govern themselves. With this independence means a new national football team for Northumbria, so here are the starting XI and the rest of the 23 man squad that potentially could line up for Northumbria if they do become a separate country.

Both Vardy and Milner have retired from international duty, but maybe to play for Northumbria they could come out of retirement. If this was the case then both of these players will no doubt be in the 23 man squad for Northumbria.
