LOAN WATCH: How did Liverpool's players out on loan perform this weekend?

It has not been a great week for Liverpool a 1-0 defeat to Burnley at Anfield ended the Reds 68 game unbeaten streak at home and then a 3-2 defeat yesterday meant Liverpool crashed out of the FA Cup.

But did the players out on loan away from Anfield have any more luck in their fixtures this weekend and through the week?

 

Harvey Elliott - Blackburn Rovers


Blackburn's game against Swansea on Tuesday was postponed, but Elliot got an assist and won man of the match in Rovers' 1-0 victory over Middlesbrough at the Riverside taking them to 9th place in the Championship.

Games: 22 Goals: 4 Assists: 9

 

Harry Wilson & Sheyi Ojo - Cardiff City

Both Wilson and Ojo played against QPR on Wednesday night, Wilson started rightwing but was subbed off in the 85th minute and Ojo came off the bench in the 76th minute - Cardiff lost 1-0 at home.


The Bluebirds remained in 15th place in the Championship table 10 points off a playoff place.

Liam Millar - Charlton Athletic

On Monday night Millar's Charlton faced Peterborough away from home and lost 2-1, he played 79 minutes at left wing and picked up a yellow card.


The Canadian played left midfield in a 442 and got an assist in a 2-2 draw at home to Swindon on Saturday.


Charlton remained in 6th place in League One after both the games.

Loris Karius and Taiwo Awoniyi - FC Union Berlin


Union Berlin lost 1-0 away at RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga, Karius was an unused substitute and Awoniyi started but was substituted off in the 60th minute.


Awoniyi was the only one to feature on Saturday, he played the full game as Union Berlin lost 2-1 away at Augsburg- but the Nigerian got an assist for the only goal,

Marko Grujic - FC Porto


The Serb played full game for Porto on Tuesday, picking up a yellow card, as his side lost 2-1 to Sporting CP as they were knocked out of the Taca Da Liga.

Adam Lewis - Plymouth Argyle


Lewis scored on Monday night for Plymouth from left wing back in a 2-1 away at Sunderland, his first goal in professional football.


The fullback missed the 2-1 defeat against Sheffield United in the FA Cup due to picking up a knock in training and was not risked.

Anderson Arroyo - Salamanca UDS

Arroyo played the full game at right back as Salamanca beat Compostela 3-0 at home on Tueaday.


The Colombian also played the full game in a 1-0 defeat to Coruxo, and Salamanca ended up in 9th place in Group 1:A of the Spanish Segunda B Division.
