Report: Throston Wanderers 6-1 FC Vibes

Vibes well beaten by Throston Wanderers as Linsel watches Supporters lift the Premier League trophy.

It didn't take long for Wanderers to get the first as 12 minutes in as a Dean Cope header loops in from a corner.

Just three minutes and it was one to forget for Vibes as a cross was whipped in which was failed to be cleared and Elliott Campbell was rooted to spot as it trickled in.

It could have been three in the 25th minute but Danny Trathan cleared one off the line, Vibes well and truly getting beaten.

Olly Burrows could have got one back in the 29th minute but it was a great stop to deny his curled right-footed effort.

That was the last action of the first half and after a few changes, Vibes started to grow into the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Aiden Lamb in his first game back from injury carried the ball into the box and played it to Lewis Boylen who found Barry Milligan and he powered it in, halving the deficit.

Campbell made a great stop to deny a Luke Hogan goal in the 58th minute as Wanderers looked to truly get back into the game.

In the 60th minute, Boylen takes out his man in the box from behind and the referee had no choice but to award Wanderers a penalty which they converted to make it 3-1.

In the 69th minute, Craig Hutchinson scored a lovely goal to make it 4-1, Vibes heads truly dropped.

Ollie Watt decided enough was enough and booted the ball into his own net in the 74th minute, making it 5-1 to the hosts.

Burrows had another chance for a goal as he was played through on goal in the 78th minute but the Elliott Coils was equal to it.

Michael Snowdon chipped in with a shot on target as his header was claimed by the keeper in the 85th minute, it wasn't Vibes' morning.

To make matters worse in what was essentially the last kick of the game Luke Hogan slotted one into the bottom corner to make it 6-1 as Wanderers came away with the three points.

No man of the match and dick of the day goes to Adam Linsel as he left 20 minutes in to go watch Supporters lift the trophy.
