Report: FC Vibes 4-3 3 Lion

Vibes claim all three points to remain top of the Premier League table after nervy finish against 3 Lion

Vibes immediately looked up for it in the fourth minute and Craig Altringham produced a lovely first-time volleyed ball out wide to Michael Snowdon whose shot was saved - Vibes' first chance of the game.

In the 20th minute, Vibes opened the scoring through Olly Burrows, who squeezed home a Charlie Ord cross into the bottom corner.

Twenty minutes later Jamie Jobson doubled the lead, Jack Stonehouse played him though Jobson chopped inside and put it away on his weaker left foot.

A controlling first half for Vibes, no real opportunities for 3 Lion, Vibes did well to let them grow into the game.

In the 57th minute Michael Snowdon got his first goal of the season, Josh Daley put in a deep cross that forced the keeper to get a hand to it but Snowdon was there to head it across goal and make it 3-0.

Elliott Campbell was yet to make a save in the game so far but was forced into action ten minutes later when he forced 3 Lion to attack and get a shot off - he was equal to it and the follow-up shot was wide.

In the 68th minute, 3 Lion got their first of the game - Burrows with a sloppy back pass played the forward through who slotted it home.

However, Vibes made an instant reply - Stonehouse through to Jobson again who this time dispatched his shot into the bottom corner making it 4-1 and seemingly putting the game to bed.

The mighty 3 Lion had other ideas - and in the 73rd minute made it 4-2 with dreams of a comeback on the horizon.

Campbell was forced into a good save from a direct free-kick in the 78th minute - tipping it over for a corner.

In the 87th minute after some poor closing down from Vibes a shot from distance found the bottom corner and 3 Lion sensed they could snatch something from the game.

But after some valued time wasting from FC Vibes, the lads saw out the game and claimed all three points to remain top of the table.

Fantastic performance from Vibes - need to be a bit more switch on defensively in the key moments but the job was done. UTV.

Man of the match was Charlie Ord a constant danger to the 3 Lion back line and got an assist to show for it.
