Vibes through to another final after finally winning a shootout after battling Headland to a draw
Vibes took the lead early on in the 15th minute, after great possession play down the right hand side - Craig Altringham played an inch-perfect ball over the top of the defence to find Micheal Snowdon who slotted it past the oncoming keeper.
In the 36th Joe Boarder scored an absolute worldie to make it 2-0, after a deflected cross sailed into the air Boarder hit it perfectly on the volley and it sailed into the top corner. Goal of the season.
Vibes controlled the first half, playing some great football at both ends of the pitch and working hard off the ball.
In the second half Harrison Rose off the bench gave away a penalty in the 53rd minute, and Jamie McCleod stepped up and slotted it home making it 2-1.
Just five minutes later Headland were back in the tie, after some good play the Headland number 7 found the bottom corner.
However, Vibes dug deep and throughout the second half defended expertly not giving Headland a chance to find a winner.
The game went to penalties once again for the third time this season, Headland stepped up and missed the first one.
Snowdon slotted his away to give Vibes the early advantage, McCleod then scored for Headland, Joe Boarder put his away for Vibes, Adam Linsel then saved Headland's third penalty putting Vibes in a very good position.
Craig Altringham slotted his penalty away meaning Headland could not miss or they would be out, they scored it but Elliott Campbell had a chance to win it for Vibes and he fired his pen into the top corner sending Vibes into another final against Owton Manor next Sunday.
