Defeat for Vibes away at Grayfields against Supporters in Premier League
In the first 20 minutes of the game, FC Vibes defended well not giving Supporters not many real chances from open play.
However, in the 22nd minute when the home side got their first, number 16 rose highest to a corner to head it home.
Adam Linsel was equal to another Supporters chance in the 25th minute, which was eventually hooked away by the Vibes defence.
The second goal came four minutes before the break, as a freekick was whipped into the area which was turned into his own goal by Elliott Campbell.
After a switch of tactic at half time with an emphasis on being more direct, Vibes started to grow into the game and produce some opportunities of their own, but failed to make them count.
It took until the 67th minute for Supporters' third to come, Charlie Ord played an expert ball over the top to Craig Linsel who took it down well and slotted past his brother in goal and into the bottom corner.
Another corner was whipped in in the 75th minute which was won by Supporters and turned in to make it 4-0.
Ten minutes later Supporters got their fifth with a superb effort from distance which Linsel could only watch sail in, the referee blew for full time.
Not a great day at the office for Campbell and his side, man of the match goes to Michael Gallagher for a superb shift in midfield. Next week, again AFC Supporters at home. F.
